MONTREAL, September 21, 2007 - M8 Entertainment Inc. (“M8” or the “Corporation”) a leading film entertainment company engaged in the production, financing, acquisition, and worldwide licensing of theatrical feature films in a variety of genres, reported today changes to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Devin Cutler, Vice-President Finance and Controller of the Corporation, has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. In addition, Mr. Louis Gascon, who resigned earlier this year from the Board of Directors, has accepted to return and has been re-appointed as a member of the Board of Directors.
Following these appointments, Mr. Sammy Lee (who served as Chairman of the Board) and Mr. Antony Chiu tendered their resignations from the Board. The Board of Directors has determined not to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Lee's resignation as Chairman. Stewart Hall remains President of the Corporation, and the Board of Directors now consists of Stewart Hall, Devin Cutler, and Louis Gascon
Due to its size, composition, and the present circumstances of the Corporation, the Board of Directors has determined that, for the time being at least, the audit committee will be comprised of all of the members of the Board.
